Our appointment system hopes to accommodate everyone within a 48 hour period (excluding weekends). Please inform the receptionist of your usual doctor as we strive to promote continuity of care.

If possible please try to telephone reception before 10:00 if you require a home visit.
You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed.
You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
We have a texting service which allows you to receive confirmation and reminders about your appointments.
To have this service you will need to register by completing a consent form.
Please remember to update your contact details with us when you change address, telephone numbers and email address.
It is important that you inform the reception staff if you are unable to attend your appointment, this will allow that appointment to be offered to another patient.
Due to the number of patients failing to attend their appointment, we have introduced the following policy
If you fail to attend for 3 consecutive appointments without informing us, you will receive a written warning
If you fail to attend for a 4th appointment you may be removed from the practice list and will therefore have to find an alternative gp practice.
You can also complete our appointment cancellation notification request form. This can only be used if your appointment has been arranged for more than 24 hours in advance. (excluding weekends and public holidays). You can also text to cancel your appointment.
